وَذَكَرَ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّهِۦ [Al A’la 15]
فَجَعَلَهُۥ غُثَاۤءً [ Al A’la 5]
إِنَّهُۥ یَعۡلَمُ [ Al A’la 7]
إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ رَجۡعِهِۦ لَقَادِرࣱ [ At Tariq 8]

Mad Silah Qasirah is Mad letter that occurs in the letter “Ha ’dhomir” or “Ha’ Kinayah” when it is located between two vowel letters and there is no letter Hamzah after it.
RATE OF HARAKAT
The rate of harakat or length for Mad silah Qasirah is 2 harakat.
The sign of Mad Silah Qasirah is for the letter “Ha ’dhomir” or “Ha’ Kinayah” which is read by the two harakat, there must be a sign of a small Wau letter after Ha’ which is vowel with dhommah, or Ya’ small after ha’ which is vowel with kasrah.
Another name for Mad Silah Qasirah is Mad Silah Sughra. It is called Mad Silah Sughra because the word Silah means to continue because the sentence is extended in its reading with Wau and Ya ‘ at the time of Wasal (continue), but must be read Sukun when waqaf (stop).
